刚买完房，就频频传来房价见顶的消息，我的看法是，如果人民币不大幅升值，国内继续通货膨胀，这次的房价看空就是牛市中途，或者出货之前的一次洗盘。如果人民币大幅升值，没有了通货膨胀预期，房价才会见顶（至少目前不是顶）。
